“I had a facia and soffit coming loose on the pitch of my cape cod residence. Fearing a bat or wasp nest would become an issue I started to inquire about having it repaired. Bryan came over the next day and within a few days my facia and soffit was repaired. I cannot say enough about the professional attitude that Bryan had towards my small problem. He quickly responded to our request to fix a leaking gutter that was causing drainage problems, and he went above and beyond by re-pitching another gutter to improve water flow and installing a diverter. He also installed leaf guarding on the front of our house and gutters in a second garage. His attention to detail was spot-on. What really stood out was Bryan's honesty and integrity. He originally quoted for re-pitching a third gutter, but after assessing the situation, he realized that it wasn't necessary. “Honest and Trustworthy! I reached out to the owner Bryan to have him look at the roof of a home I bought in Mar 2023. Due to several factors I didn't have this 1.5 yr old home inspected when I purchased it. After I had moved in my neighbors told me about a severe hail storm that went through the area in Sep 2022 and as a result every house in the area has or is getting their roofs replaced. I thought I had really messed up by not having the inspection done prior to purchase. Several roofing firms have called me last summer insisting that my roof was damaged and that I needed to have it replaced ASAP. I asked Bryan to check out my roof this spring to determine what the extent of the damage was and when I should plan to have it replaced on my own dime. Bryan came out and inspected the roof and informed me that I had nothing to worry about and there wasn't any evidence of damage. I was very relieved to hear this and even happier that I had found an honest and reputable expert to check on my roof. Its great to know that honesty and integrity still exists in our area today.”
